What is love for this to be like is mill water retreat by darkfox127. His is perfect but everyone tends to put a home on that lake. Bugs me. The hot springs however are up for grabs. I'm a hunter and I feel the springs would make an excellent location for an I game hunter, plenty of wildlife. So please if this can be done, I'd consider you a god. If DarkFox127 picks this up then your my hero. Edit: maybe a small quest to get the house also...Trying not to push my luck.
