How can i add a bunch of mods i got from a friend to vortex?

I go a bunch of mods from a friend on discord, that being said there is like 43 meg worth. I would prefer it if i did not have to download each and every mod and all of its dependencies from nexus I mean i will take the eight or so hours. that's what I did last time. but I would so prefer not too. Also my vortex had a bunch of mods without a source which seems to be oubles of mods i almost certainly need that i would prefer to remove indevidually. can i do a batch remove. Also is there an easy way to do all of this using a screen reader. I use jaws for windows. I use vortex with its basic functions, but it could be better with a screen reader just saying. What are the unlabeled 2 and 1 buttons. I am confused..
