GxRay Posted October 30, 2013 Share Posted October 30, 2013 I completed Dealing With Contreras. I killed Keller, went back, and my dialog option was "I convinced the Ranger to work with us". I most definitely did not convince the Ranger of anything. Anyways, I got This Rifle, and he said his inventory would be updated and expanded. Well, it isn't. And he never restocks.
