GooeyGungan
When walking towards Windhelm, I have been getting crashes after rounding a corner where a thief was waiting to attack me. First, the crashes happened before I even got to the thief, but now when I get to the thief, the game crashes as soon as I try to loot her after killing her. Even if I use the "removeallitems" console command to clear her inventory, the game crashes when I try to loot her. I have experienced a couple random crashes walking around the game, but this one is reproducible. To clarify: when I say crash, I mean that the game immediately exits to my desktop - it does not freeze or black screen. I am using the RealVision ENB with ENB version 231, but the crash occurs with or without the ENB. modder3434
ok..I see you posted your mod list, but have you double checked your load order via BOSS and/or instructions on the mod's descriprition page? if no then do that. Its possiable that you could have a conflict...with the SkyRe Enounters...its possiable that a script is bugging around that area. see if that works, if it doesn't...well I'll be here. GooeyGungan
I run BOSS to set my load order every time I install a new mod. Do you know what mods might conflict with SkyRe Encounters?
modder3434
i'm not necessarily sure, given your mod order, but....turn it off and see if the problem is fixed. Sometimes scripts like to bug out for no reason....sighs...papyrus. :wallbash:
GooeyGungan
Okay, disabling SkyRe_EncounterZones.esp got rid of the crash. Is it safe to re-enable it after I move on from this area? Can I do something to fix these crashes?
Twitche21
If you're using an ENB..Go into enblocal.ini in your main Skyrim directory and change VideoMemorySizeMb= using the following formula, VRam + SystemRam - 2048 = (MAX is 10240)Since my main card has 2GB VRam and I have 8GB SystemRam, I set it to 8192.Also change ReservedMemorySize= to the following depending on VRam, 1GB=256, 2GB=512, 3GB=768 or 1024, 4GB=1024 to 2048

I had mine set to 2024 and I would get frequent CTD's in certain areas. I'm also using SkyRe Encounter Zones. Then again, I'm using a lot of mods. =P
