[Mod suggestion] Do something about the on screen size of the Gauss minigun

I (and probably a lot of other people) would use the Gauss minigun a lot more if it did not take up 50% of your screen real estate when it was in use. It's ridiculously large and the camera placement makes it look like it is over your shoulder like an RPG or missile launcher.

 

Is there any way to move the 1st person camera placement via a mod when the gun is in use?
