bebbe777
Are their any intact buildings in Fallout 3 and the DLC except for the Tranquility Lane building?
BadPenney
There are intact ( though shabby ) pre-war type houses in Minefield and Bigtown, and of course the corrugated shacks of Megaton, Republic of Dave, Girdershade, etc. There are also some decent exteriors in Old Olney that seem to have no linked interior cells. There are also power stations and factories that are not crumbled wreckage, as well as large radio dish towers in the northwest. Tenpenny Tower is mostly intact. Cant find it in the BSA Browser. The .dds files are often named something that you wouldn't expect. If I want to retexture something, I find the item in the geck which will tell me which .NIF it uses, use FOMM to extract the .NIF and Nifskope to get the name and directory of the .dds from the .NIF. NaboeN
And to see what .nif it uses, open up the geck, load a place where you know there is a billboard, and double click it, then press "Edit Base" on the menu that pops up. There it will show what model the billboard uses in of the boxes there.
