LE Black Ops II Origins Staffs.

So I was playing Blacks Ops Zombies on the Origins map, and I though, "How cool would it be to have these staffs in Skyrim?" So that is my Request. Make the Zombies Origins Elemental Staffs in Skyrim!
A few Ideas:
The Fire Staff would shoot a fire ball (three in three directions if possible)

The Air Staff would use a version of the Fus Ro Dah Shout

The Thunder Staff would use a lighting spell (I can't think of a spell by name)

The Ice staff would use a version of the Ice shout

These are of course just some ideas I had
