Mods not enabling when switching profiles even?

I've been playing on a new profile for a couple of months now and decided to switch to my old profile and for some reason all of my mods on that profile are not reenabling when switching profiles even though they are green oh the mod list. Is there a way to mass re-enable all of my mods without going through all of the mods them manually? I've tried deploying but that does nothing.

You should be able to highlight multiple mods in Vortex and select 'Enable' from the menu at the bottom of the "page" and they should activate. That should trigger deployment, which you should agree to.

If you have a lot of mods, it could take a long time for deployment to complete. In addition to the mods list, Vortex also churns through all of the plugins (the files actually loaded to run when the game is launched). I have over 500 Skyrim mods enabled, and it takes a very long time to go through both Mods and Plugins.

There is nothing that can be done until all of these activities are completed.

If you are running a beta version of Vortex, be aware that it can be quite buggy since that is the purpose of beta testing. I downgraded from beta to stable when I started have problems with features not working correctly. That solved my issues.

EDIT: Just found out from another user that using Ctrl-A will select all Mods so that you can Enable or Disable them. I don't do that because I do not use all mods in all profiles.
