SSE Unmelting Snow Cooler rather than White Phial

Has anyone ever used the White Phial, or like many rewards, does it become a decoration/memorabilia in the corner of one of your player homes?

 

I'd like a mod that has Quintus Navale create a satchel lined with the Unmelting Snow that can hold up to 10 mead/ale bottles, or 5 wine/sujama sized bottles. My character and his followers and leaning towards camping these days, and such a satchel would add to the imagined fun. IRL, my son bought a couple bottles of fine mead and I discovered, like beer, it is better when chilled.
