Megaton Guard Towers

A couple of days ago, I swore that I saw a mod posted somewhere that added some guards to towers/gangways along the wall that a: allowed you to look out onto the wastelands while in town and b: that had guards on them that shot at raiders/creatures/etc while you were outside megaton.

 

Now I may be smoking some good stuff, and or hitting my toons morphine collection, but I can't seem to find it now.

 

If anyone else knows of this mod, please post a link as I'd like to check out the mod.
