Gaps in the ground

Can't see the image, (I will not whiteboard imgur). but I can guess.

Mods that alter the vanilla topography sometimes miss the mark on "sewing" their mod-space edges into the existing ground. I have the original version of Waterview (a bit east of Riften), and it has one very small seam on one of its boundaries (east, near to the road).. It's small enough you can't fall in, but large enough to see into. It was my first player home and one I've become fond enough of, that I don't care (Author has a new version which probably fixes it, along with adding a bunch of additional features) but moving all of its stuff out during the upgrade would be a mind-bogglingly slow process, so I'm ok with its presence

I had one mod installed a while back, some park near whiterun, that had seams large enough to fall into. that one's gone from my mod palette. hope the author patched it up for his/her sake and that of other users. I did post the problem to his/her mod page.

Anyway, short of the author(s) fixing them, I'm not exactly sure what you can do, aside from figuring out which mod(s) is involved. and uninstalling it. And maybe reporting the seams to the mod author if you can properly assign those problems to their mod

PS> maybe cross post this OP post to the Creation Kit and Modders forum (for fuller exposure) if you want a way to fix them yourself. They'd know more than most of us regular gits about how to accomplish it at a "base" level.
