SSE First Person Perspective

Can someone make a mod like the Joy of perspective that is compatible with any and every apparel body and weapon mod? There was a first person camera mod in the Legendary Edition that was compatible with every mod I downloaded and was extremely easy on scripts that made me able to see my character's modded body, armor, weapons, cloths and physics without the need for any compatibility patches.

I remember the way that worked is that it fixed a camera in place of your character's 3rd person model's head. It worked but two main problems were that it caused a lot of head bob due to your character's movement as well as your shadow had no head because the way it worked required your character's head to become invisible.

Should still be possible on SSE/AE.
