Gorgopis
We like our Logitech gaming mouse, and the issue we had probably involved the height of the cable where it joins the mouse. We could probably fix that, mechanically, BUT: Why did the issue only happen in the CK or Skyrim games? Cannot understand that. For example, AC Odyssey plays great, no mouse issues with the way the mouse was. For @anjenthedog: we've been very happy using the CK with STEAM set to offline use only, no updates. The Creation Kit Fixes, available at Nexus Mods, really did the job, taming our offline CK. Thanks to everybody! anjenthedog
@Gorgopis, Methinks that regarding image posting, you'll have to take that up with the Nexus management. I don't know why they disabled the feature.
Gorgopis
We tried other peripherals in the port, and they seem to work as expected. We just discovered we can update our gaming-mouse driver! We did that, and for an hour now, we have not received the chime or the spinning wheel. We'll update. Gorgopis
After a lot of experimenting, we have found that this issue seems to center on our Logitech gaming mouse, and the issue only comes up when in Skyrim SE, Creation Kit, at the Nexus Sites, or in the Vortex Application. It does not come up in Windows, or in any other apps or games. If anyone has an idea, we'd love to hear it. We were wondering if it's related to a pending STEAM update we have not done. 7531Leonidas
My Logitech mouse was very bad for double-clicking with no input, so yours may be as well, and the second click forces the routine for a bad/errant click or input?
Gorgopis
Well, the issue only happens when 1a) playing Skyrim SE; or 1b) playing the Creation Kit; 2) Navigating with the mouse In Vortex; 3) Visiting the Nexus Mods Page or these forums. It does not happen at all during any other applications, other games, or during PC work. This is mystifying, especially since no one else seems to have it.
