bben46
You may be a little underpowered. 450W was good a few years ago, but it's not much today. It may be able to handle the new video card if it is a good quality power supply. Many stock power supplies are over rated - it may really be closer to 400 than 450. If you do decide to upgrade, do a little research and pay a little extra for a good power supply. At least 600W, If you can afford it as much as 800W. Also, then new video cards seem to run hotter, so adding cooling will not hurt and fans are not expensive. Coolermaster cases usually have places for extra fans. AlmostWhatIWant
Ecs A770M-A Motherboard - Not exactly a high quality chipset, but since you aren't OCing, no big deal. ECS isn't a mobo manufac I trust.Am2+ Amd Athlon 64x2 5200+ (2.7ghz) - Not the weakest processor but you'd do well to grab one of those AMD Athlon X2 7850 Kuma 2.8GHz with an aftermarket cooler and clock it up. Although I don't know if your mobo has good OC options.(4)1 gig Kingston ddr2 pc5300 (300mhz) - I was never a fan of any 4x RAM solutions. I always liked 2x2GB for 4gig configurations. Also that's pretty slow standard RAM, don't think it'd be good for OCing. a 2x2GB of DDR2 1066 sticks would be very nice.Ati Radeon 3400 series(i plan on upgrading to the 4870 series) - Good call, the 4870s are great. Make sure to get a 1GB model. I have the ASUS HD4870 1GB DK and its superb. Got it open box on newegg for 172$WD Caviar Black 1Tb - 1TB, cant complainDell Dvd-cdrw combo - Meh, its a drive. in a Cooler Master Elite 330 - Out of all the cases I've seen I only like the RC690 and HAF 932. Call me fickle.eXtreme Power Plus 460W Regular - Not very good at all. Definitely isn't going to power a 4870. Stick to a brand like Corsair, Antec or PC Power and Cooling. Cheap PSUs can fry your entire setup.Cpu cooler Vortex 752(CoolerMaster) - Not familiar with this. Dunno how it'll fair on an OC'd chip. All in all i hope you didn't get this recently, just about everything is pretty dated.

AlmostWhatIWant
From a review I checked out on a site I don't think your mobo will do much overclock wise. Power wise, I recommend Antec EA650 650W Continuous Power ATX12V Ver.2.2 / EPS12V version 2.91 located here:http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx...N82E16817371015 Plenty of power for what you need it to do.
