Black screen after reloading save/death

So after i installed and uninstalled some mods modifying proudspire manor (at least i suspect this is the cause since the game was fine before that) i started to experience a problem where if i reload a save/die ingame after the loading screen i only get a black screen with some background effects form the save's area and the game just stops responding. After that the only way i can close the game is by restarting my laptop. I tried reloading a save before said mods were installed, done some cleaning in SSEedit but so far nothing works.

Any possible ways to fix this without reinstalling the whole game?

If you use a mod manager, it may not have 'cleaned up' all that it needed to, or something got installed as loose files. Check for the files from the uninstalled mods in your data folder, and/or your mod manager's staging folder. You may need to unpack the original mod d/l to compare.
