Hello. I have a problem when installing some mods after starting the game and saving - mod loads are initialized again. Sometimes changing the order of mods and/or disabling them helps. Has anyone encountered this? How can this be tracked and what to do about it? Since I am now doing it almost blindly. I was looking for similar problems, but discussions pop up back in the old Skyrim. There was talk that the number of mods should be reduced to 255, but now this is not relevant.

If you reload a save in which a mod has (or mods have) not yet been instantiated in-game, it will act as if it's never been installed. Since for that save, it hasn't.

1) Load that save that's annoying you.

2) After it does it's thing with the new mod(s), create a new save and start from that point, instead of continuing to reload a save in which the existence of the new mod(s) is/are not recognized, since this newest save will (should) recognize that the new mod(s) is/are installed.
