yashbbm110
You're probably using the alpha/beta version of 7zip which sometimes does give errors like that, try installing a more stable version like 9.20.https://www.nexusmods.com/games/

jebgamer
The error, "The Execution has failed due to the bug in the SevenZipSharp", occurred when attempting to activate a mod just installed. 'Reason Core Security' software was found to be the cause of the problem. Reason Core is a security (anti malware & adware) package. The installed copy was acquired as a free trial when FoxIt Reader was recently updated. It has favorable industry reviews and this is the only instance where it interfered with normal operations. Disabling the software immediately resolved the problem. Platform: Using FOMM on a Win7 system.
