Mod request: Flash + Speed Run + Slow motion

The game can fit well with the flask and the bad jokes of the peter fits well with barry :p

 

-Flash skin

-Super velocity

-Slow motion

 

I think that can be possible do a flash skin and change the walking velocity and add some slow motion. I just can remember of the flash from gta v mod, something simillar can be great in this game... tnx
