Sheathing Shield to Back

Hi, I'm very new to modding, I'm having an issue where my actors go to put their shield on their back but don't, I don't want them to do it anyway, I just want them to unsheath their shields like normal and it's really getting on my nerves, thank you very much.

Please throw any suggestions to me because Ive spent the last 10 hours trying to figure out what the hell is going on.

My eye get crossed reading long lists of mods. (and for future reference, it's usually good practice to stuff things like that inside a spoiler tag, which can be had using the green and white stripped icon next to the eraser icon in the editor controls above the textarea)

 

The XPMSSE MCM is used to set how weapons and shield are located when not in use (but equipped)
