CTD on loading screen

Recently my game started crashing on loading screens, both on fast travel and location changes. It is not location specific as it happens on any location. I had this problem previously but it only happened around once every 8 hrs, but now it happens on any loading screen.

I have done the guides but neither helped. LOOT does not have any warnings or errors.
