Male dismemberment texture missing

Hello, I am having an issue where all male NPCs have no gore texture on their arms or legs when dismembered, they are quite literally see through there is nothing there, see attached images, i have found no answers to this problem online and have had no luck fixing it myself, archive invalidation seems to have done nothing, and i have tried uninstalling roberts body replacer and any compatibility skeleton mods i have installed to no avail, this is the first time i have experienced this problem and i am extremely frustrated because it breaks my immersion in game. I have an NCR and legion replacer mod but this seems to affect just about every male NPC. Any insight would be appreciated. I am pretty experienced with fallout modding so usually i am able to figure out how to fix these myself but i cannot figure this out.
