Can't modify Project Nevada Rebalance in MCM

Hey fellas. I recently started playing New Vegas again after about 1/2 year of hiatus, and reinstalled a lot of mods.

 

Problem: When I go to the Mod Configuration Menu to modify anything in Project Nevada Rebalance, it refuses to modify any values and gives me this:

I have Googled this issue, and I couldn't find any answers. My apologies if this has already been addressed.

 

HUD Mod installation order was: PN, PN Patches/Extra Options, MCM, other HUD mods, then Unified HUD Project.

The current link to "Project Nevada - Extra Options - MCM Fix" is this.

 

For future reference: with an old broken Nexus link, take note of the "number" part at the end of the link: (e.g. "40961" in this instance). Then take the preceding part of any current Nexus mod link and use that instead of the old one.

 

For this example change:

http://newvegas.nexusmods.com/mods/49061

to (currently):

http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/49061/?

The final "/?" is optional and just takes you to the "description" page of that mod.
