Missing First Person Sneaking/Crouching animation

So basically i no longer see the slight weapon animation tilts when i crouch and i no longer draw my weapons quietly and slowly either in first person, i know this may seem minor to most but its seriously annoying me to the point where i dont want to play my freshly installed newly modded skyrim because of this simple thing.

 

I have tried disabling the 2 minor animation tweaking mods i have installed (No spinning death animation, and dance of death) and none of them change a thing when disabled.

Disable faster arrows/daggers and realistic ragdolls and check if that makes any difference. Oh and this strange stone-old delarp something mod is meddling with 1st person meshes, so disable that too.

Thanks i tried all of this and none of it worked, i have no why its doing it, its incredibly frustrating.

Start a new game with 0 mods. After Helgen save, enable all mods. Check its happening again. If yes, its a mod and its just time consuming until you find it, if no your save is corrupt and this is it.

If you can, invest some time and use mod organizer http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/1334/? instead of nmm. MO will save you more time in the future than all other utilitys together.
