modding help

I've been playing a stable version of fnv for about 2 months, I had around 30 mods installed which ranged from gameplay changing, texture and ui mods. I was pulling 100+fps at all times even when stress testing, 144fps indoors at all times. I recently installed darnified ui along with some other miscellaneous mods and I have somehow destroyed my game. I've since uninstalled every mod through vortex and decided to leave mm alone, I spent a couple of days wiping my game files and fresh intalling through steam and downloading mods one at a time through Mod Organizer 2 (which is alot easier to use than FOMM & Vortex) to see where the issue lies. The issue doesn't seem to be a mod in particular but the nvse, I've been using the latest version of said script extender although now that i've started fresh I get an error on MO2 saying 'script extender log reports incompatible plugins', the incompatible plugins are 'JIP LN NVSE' & 'Johhnyguitar NVSE'. I really don't understand how i've managed this and i'ts just causing more frustration as I try to fix this mess myself. I also don't understand how my fps has significantly dropped when i'm using the same stability and performance mods as my previous version of the game. These issues seemed to appear after i installed darnified ui, but the issue is supposedly nvse. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

my load order is as follows:
DLC: Lonesome road
DLC: HonestHearts
DLC: GunRunnersArsenal
DLC: DeadMoney
DLC: ClassicPack
DLC: CaravanPack
JIP LN NVSE Plugin
The Mod Configuration Menu
JohnnyGuitar NVSE
UIO - User Interface Organizer
NVAC - New Vegas Anti Crash
Nevada Skies 2281 Rework
NMCs Textures NV MEDIUM Pack Part 1 of 2 FOR NMM
YUP - Base Game and All DLC
NMCs Textures NV MEDIUM Pack Part 2 of 2 FOR NMM
Weapon Mesh Improvement Mod
Weapon Retexture Project - WRP
Better Game Performance
NVTF
Enhanced Camera 1.4c
Someguy Series 2 dot 0
One HUD (oHUD)
DUINVv
Stewie Tweaks
Main File - All you need

TLDR;

I seem to be having an issue with certain mods reading nvse, although I truly have no idea why since I'm using the latest version.
