New modder, problems with ME1LE crashing

My own fault I know, but I went all in with ALOT textures and

 

Better Camera

Charted Worlds

Elements of Comparitive weaponry

Galaxy Map Trackers

LE1 Community Patch

Normandy Rapid Transit

Skip Minigames

 

Playing the game from the start (inside the ship speaking with crew and then finding out about the mission on Eden Prime), everything works fine.

 

When the game switches to the outside view of the spaceship engaging cloak or just after that, the screen reverts back to my desktop, the game is still running in the background, but clicking on the icon on the windows bar does nothing.

 

I applied the mods first, then the textures.

 

Anything noobish that I've done wrong? Anything well known about this that has been corrected somehow?

 

Or should I reload the backup, and start introducing mods one by one?
