Got a (few) strange problems here!

Got a (few) strange problems here. I'm level 40 and haven't had a CTD at beginning with all the mods yet. This is my fourth Playthrough. Been playing for 10 days now.

However, there are a few bugs where I have not figured out how these come about.

Maybe there is someone who knows about it and has a tip or two.

1. Sometimes and rarely the head of XY NPC settlers or ADA (ADA2Human) is missing when loading a saved game. Restarting the game solves the problem. I didn't have that in my previous games.

2. I took over County Crossing. It happens that this settlement is attacked. Nothing new, but now it's the case that only Melee Weapons do damage.

Laser, shot, plasma, grenades do zero/no damage. So I can stand 1 meter in front of an Assualtron and not die if he shoots his face laser at me.

I only die by Melee Weapons. So I can then go through the Commonwealth without taking any laser or bullet damage. The same applies to the settlers, NPCs, robots, mutants. All take no weapon or grenade damage. Only Melee Weapons alone. So you can imagine that these fights last days until there is a Melee winner.

It is also noticeable that when an opponent dies, he is thrown through the world in slow motion.

I can only use firearms when I'm in slow motion mode. So if I use "Jet", the V.A.T.S with the critical hit or the Legendary Plasma Pistol which is in slow motion for a short time in the sight mode.

Here several turrets, NPC's with grenades, weapons shoot at a single ghoul until after 20 minutes I've killed him.

3. After helping Danse with the ghules at Cambridge Police Station he keeps telling me that "there are enemies around". I've searched everything. Not found.
