TheSims4 Unable to start after update

Hi I tried a lot and also searched around, but could not really find a clear answer.

 

Everytime I start Sims 4 after an update I get a generic unable to start due to possible mods error.

 

I have deleted mydocuments/electronicarts/sims 4 folder multiple times, and tried to re-add mods manually via Vortex, but I notice that even if I enable mods that worked before the same notification will just re-pop-up.

 

I am a bit confused by this because even if I only activate 1 mod that I know works it will get the error. Disabling the mod or extracting mods manually into the mod folder will cause the game to work again (I just havent done this for all mods yet because I dont really know where all the different files go yet, and its a lot of work).

 

I would really like to keep using Vortex, but I am not sure what is causing it. It does not seem to be a single mod. My saves also work fine aside from the mods.

 

Might be good to add that: If I start all over it sometimes works up untill certain mods, but once it broken I cant repair it by disabling mods

 

I dont mind troubleshooting if there is a good method.
