And then I found this picture from the user "haescher" (beautiful picture, btw): http://static2.nexusmods.com/110/mods/110/images/20077-1-1342650480.jpg I wonder where he/she downloaded the mod that gives this mouth mask. XD So far it seems like no one knows the mod (or the people that know the mod just don't care to help). Anyway, I recommend you to check out this mod here: http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/5696//? It has some really nice cowls (my personal favorite is the "leather cowl" variant). You might enjoy it. I would still prefer the one from the picture I uploaded in the OP, but sadly, I haven't found it yet. I'll update it here if I eventually find out.
