Game opens on only left side of screen.

I got a weird issue when trying to go from 1080P to 1440P. The game will only start on the left side of the screen.

 

I am using MO2 and made the changes through the skyrimprefs.ini

 

I have tried using almost fix I could think of and the game stubbornly only stays at the left side of the screen.

 

The only way to fix this is download another Skyrimprefs.ini with 1080P file from github and update that through MO2.

 

It's like the game doesn't like any alterations to the skyrimprefs.ini file or playing 2560 x 1440P, which I have done before with no issues.

 

I am using the "latest" version of SE downgraded with the patcher to right before the AE release.
