Looking for help sloving my ctd

Hey everyone after a full 2 week of trying to get my skyrim up and running again ive failed i keep crashing when fast traveling or just walking randomly.
This is my first time modding skyrim to this extent so am here to finally get some help because am an retard when it comes to modding

so heres a look at my loadorder and crash log hopfully someone can help me out here

PSU - EVGA 650 GQ, 80+ GOLD

look ( i reposted here look above your post) and youll find a 5 minute fix that lists what you need to do this so you can play again like before the update. super simple and easy to do plus alot easier to upgrade after everything gets fixed and updated which could take months to do...but by then Bethesda will do another update and screw everything up again.
