well in the point, yes your right i should have skipped the word scam and don't use ( or any other insulting word) but when i came to conclusion that this is virus file i got kinda mad.

Calling the modder a scam is a personal attack and qualifies as flaming. You have implied that he is attempting to rip you off for some reason and invites a heated response. The reason you give is he had uploaded a virus disguised as a mod - Because it is similar to several other mods somewhere else.

 

If you are going to accuse a modder of a crime - and intentionally uploading a virus is a crime in many countries now. You MUST provide some evidence. Your say so is not evidence. I could say you sent a virus in your post and it would carry as much legal weight as your statement - None.

 

To be taken seriously you will need to provide something, such as a virus scan result or some other form of information.

 

If you can provide some proof of a virus, or that the modder is attempting to rip off anyone - including posting another author's mod under their name, then I will consider reinstating you.

 

Until then, the ban stands, and a ban on your new account as well.
