andyd
I'm not sure if I'm doing this right. It doesn't seem like anything was moved over and it seems to do it way to quickly considering the size of this thing. So... 1. In the manager - the right pane has all the omods listed - why are some green and some red? 2. To install, I went to utilities > Archive invalid > switched to BSA alteration > checked both textures and generate archive... > hit update now. It goes through the update really fast and I get a dialog box that displays... files modified 2entries modified 95hash collisions 3 i have if this means it was unsuccessful
Deepblue686
OBMMs: Green means they can be activated. Red means they will have conflicts, usually with another mod or OMOD when activated.I think black means that you'll get CRT errors when installing. Blue means it's installed For the archive invalidation; Archive invalidation doesn't install anythingBut you use it if you have a texture replacer so said textures are used ingame.Never check anything except "textures" (selecting "models" will crash the game when you play) and always make sure "ignore normal maps" is active
andyd
But when I run the conflict detector app, it doesn't actually say what it will conflict with. I don't really have any other texture mods - I just have DLC, unofficial patches, and Francesco's gameplay and new items / monsters So the omods wont install? The game will just access them from the location I have them saved (ie on another drive?)? Also, the instructions said... "Click the bubble for BSA alteration, check mark the box for Textures, and check mark the box for Generate archiveinvalidation entries on hash collision" but you're saying to also check "ignore normal maps"? Deepblue686
Yes.I don't know why but all texture replacers that provide a screenshot image of the archive invalidation settings have this checked.
