Glowing dragon bones

[Varahel]

Can anybody help me out here? Basically, my every dragon skeleton in the game is glowing blue during night. It's the same mesh used for this armor, hence the armor parts are also glowing blue (which is how I actually realized there's a bug)
I've tried installing different ENB presets, reverting to older and newer ENB base, turning off every possible ENB effect in the game, and still the issue persists. When I turn ENB off, the problem is there but less noticeable, which makes me believe it's tied to something else but with almost 200 mods it's hard to even guess where to start.
