Mouse and Keyboard Freeze

Ok i will playing Fallout 3 and out of nowhere my mouse and keyboard freeze up its not the game because i can still hear music people are walking around and talking. this doesn't happen in any other game just fallout and it funny because the live button still works and so does control alt delete just my movement and i cant use console or Esc any help will be really helpful here's a list of my current mods maybe their conflicting with my game or some sh*t

First, let me say I am no expert by any stretch of the imagination, I do not mod and have no idea how the game actually does what it does. That being said, I have had a similiar problem in the past and found this solution. There seems to be a maximum number of mods one can use at any given time. It seems to vary from computer to computer. For me, through trial and errror, I found 142 mods is the max I can run with no problems. Maybe you have exceeded this max number. Again, I am not an expert just a fellow traveller offering some hard earned wisdom.
