Hello good I am going crazy looking for the installet version of Fallout nv because in vortex it does not let me download the mods because it is not that version Fallout thanx

I may not understand you completely. Are you trying to install the Fallout New Vegas game to your PC? If so, you must buy and install the game from a website like Steam. Vortex and Nexus mods do not install games, only mods.

 

If you have the game installed properly on your PC and want to manage it using Vortex for the first time, here is how to do that:

 

1. Open Vortex and click on the 'Games' tab in the lefthand side menu. You should then see a display of Vortex supported games grouped by 'Managed' and 'Unmanaged'.

 

2. In the search field at the top of the page type in 'Fallout' and the results shown will be all supported games with 'Fallout' in their name.

 

3. Click on 'Fallout New Vegas' and Vortex will be configured to install mods only for 'Fallout New Vegas'. Repeat this process if you want to manage mods for a different game.

 

4. Click the 'Mods' tab in lefthand side menu to begin adding mods to your game.

 

If you are having problems downloading mods from Nexus mods, be sure you are a registered member and properly logged in to the site with your username and password. Otherwise, the 'Mod Manager Download' button on the mod page will not work.

 

You can register as a Nexus member for free and be able to download mods at no cost. Paid members enjoy faster download speeds.
