Sections of Inventory Missing

o.k., I just Started a new character, when I came out of the Sewers I pressed tab to get my Inventory up, and low and Behold, I am Missing my Apparel, Weapons and Misc. Sections of my Inventory.

 

I still have my Weapon and Armor Equipped and Thus Because my Weapons and Apparel Sections are Missing I Cannot unequip my armor or weapon. If I try to add Some Apparel or Weapons to my inventory I still don't get these Sections.

 

Why is this Happening?

What Can I do to Stop This From Happening?

 

I Decided to add a Pic incase I didn't explain myself very well (Which I tend to Do ALOT)

 

As you can see I have my Armor and Weapon Equipped, but nothing in Inventory for Apparel or Weapons. Only Apparatuses, Potions, and if I scroll down ingredients, Nothing More.

Try selecting the tab to the far left at the bottom (the drawstring purse). You're currently in the Alchemy tab.
