Bullets not leaving holes in pavement

I had the Destruction mod installed a while back but I removed it, and I think it might have to do with these issues. When I shoot the pavement with a pistol, I can hear impact but the bullets seem to disappear into the surface and no hole appears. Also, laser shots leave a mark that doesn't line up with where I shot it. Finally, I fired one round at the hood of a truck and it exploded, but not fully, just a small grenade-like explosion that didn't leave any radiation. I fired again and this time I got the big boom and radiation. This is what leads me to believe that I somehow have the Destruction mod leaving some effects in my game. Any ideas? Thanks.
