Failed to log-in, network disconnected (1.6.10)

I only logged in once successfully, then closed it. Instantly launched it again for it to never work, it's allowed through my firewall and I have deleted the masterlist. I even completely disabled my firewall, to no avail. I have tried 3 previous iterations with the same issue, I can't see how it's being blocked as I've used hundreds of programs (even ones that I was sceptical about) without issue.

Made the update to 1.6.11 this morning--error has persisted, confirming that it appears to be a conflict between Vortex and another aspect of my computer. However, I've run it with firewall exceptions and even with the firewall disabled to no avail. Error persisted across multiple different wi-fi networks so it doesn't appear to be an issue with the network itself. The question now becomes is anyone aware of other potential sources of conflict that Vortex could be running afoul of?

Same here with 1.6.11. I have also tried with multiple networks.. Also uninstalled any program that alters network connections like LogMeIn Hamachi. Apart from that, my PC has no other software on it that can interfere.. Are you on an AMD PC?

I meant CPU. Looks like it does, I'm more swaying on the side of it being a coding/architecture/OS issue.

Ah, my bad lol--and yep, AMD processor. You may be right if it turns out to be common amongst others with the issue too

I assume you can download from Nexus through a browser just like me? I doubt Vortex uses an alternate mirror to download the mods from, so it should be using the same IP address. Considering we've allowed the program through firewall, it should be a smooth transition.. I do also have an Asus network adapter (PCE-AC68), but again, grasping at straws.

Yeah, manual downloading works fine--main reason I'm posting here is bc I was coming back to fallout 4 after a while and needed to redownload all of my old mods. While it's entirely possible to do them one-by-one manually, I'd like to be able to use the Vortex download to save myself some time.
