There were so many secret areas in plain sight and they even had permanent torches in the form of flashlights you could find and you could sell some "royal blue" powder at a value of 800, a worthy investment if you know what I mean. You could make equip able blunts. Dress up as a mafia member, get a swimsuit on, relax at a beach thats secluded from the city, literally explore an orb of water. The only thing that didn't seem realistic about the city was police didn't respond to any assault you did. If ya wanted to kill someone just to steal and wear their clothes, you could.
