Best advice I could give:

If a limit says X, restrict yourself to 10% less than X. 255? Keep it at or below 230.

Same goes to the real world as well.

 

No sense risking it for the biscuit. Once you take anything to the razor's edge - it's on you when bad things happen - and given certain circumstances they inevitably will.
