Making static items...

So I've been searching for a way to do this for weeks and still haven't found an answer yet. Basically, I want to turn some of the objects with havoc applied to them (basically anything under the World Objects - Misc section in CS) and make them static. I've found meshes for some of the items that have havoc applied (mainly planters and a pitcher or two) but can't find any of the other items. I've gone through my mesh folder inside and outside of construction set and still can't find the meshes for the rest of the Misc clutter items found in Oblivion.

Does anyone know what I'm missing? I know it's possible because some house mods that I've poked through have static vases and urns to hold plants in.

Thanks for the help.

Meshes need to be extracted from the BSA using OBMM, BSAcommander, or similar. Then those meshes need to be altered with nifscope, changed to where the collision is on a static layer, and then saved as a different name.
