Mod idea - Action bar & moveable interface

Hello!

 

I have a suggestion for a mod. If this already has been created or if it's impossible to do this kind of mod, please say so :)

 

 

 

Alright. I have this idea for a mod that may or may not work. Being new to Oblivion and also used to other RPG games that has an action bar I find it very hard to navigate spells and such with the hotkey feature.

 

So my idea is to add an action bar that numbers from 1-9 that will be placed on the bottom of your screen (where your health, magicka, fatigue and such are).

 

I made two very crude but understandable drawings to show exactly what I mean. On the first picture, you have the original interface as it looks right now. And on the second you have my idea of a final look after modding.
