Is there a mod or can a mod be made where...

...where you can equip more than one clothing item from the same class at the same time. Like have 2 face wearables or 2 shirts or 2 sets of pants at the same time. The closest thing I found is Combine Modded Torso Clothing, where you can mod certain ingame items to show other clothes, but the usage is very limited and only covers tops and face items. Im looking for something that can somehow unlock the restriction of having only one piece of clothe at the same time.
