Unable to load game after installing mods

Just to start off, I just got Skyrim, and I have been playing for only 60 hours, only using Steams HD texture pack, skyui and WATER that I downloaded from Steam, so I am very new at this. While using those, my game has run flawlessly. But I really want to run an ENB and some other mods, just to make the game look more beautiful and put my 7970 to some good use.

 

Now I have downloaded a few mods, Cliates of Tamriel, Realistic Lighting Overhaul, and Climates of Tamriel snow patch. What happens is, I try and launch the game as I always do using the SKSE launcher that I use for Skyui, but it always crashes after the initial load, so it won't even get to the Bethesda screen.

 

I did get BOSS and I ran it just to see if it was an issue with the load order, and this is what I received under the Recognized Plugins:

can any one help me with this issue so I can get to running the game?

As I side note I do want to get the Skyrim 2k HD texture packs, but I will have to hold off on that until I can get this sorted out. Thanks.

have you toke the correct enb device from here http://enbdev.com/?

 

it doesn't affect cdt but you should clean the mods with Tes edit (run the program, select just the mod you want to clean(processing), on the left pannel right click on it, apply filter for cleaning (processing), remove identical to master records (appear a message... "yes you are sure"), close the program.

 

P.s. enb is good, but it's also an fps killer for amd... if it gave you problems try using rcrn with enchanted lights instead. In my case (but i've 6970 series) i had to give up highres patches too (dlc included) to make the game work decently (and skyrim as a wonderful graphic as well)

I did download the latest enb from that website version 0.234 for tesskyrim. I downloaded and ran the tes5 edit like you suggested and ran through the cleansing on update and dawnguard, went ahead and did it on the other 2 expansions just for future proof i guess, and those errors are now gone for the dirty edits, but I still have the bash tag error. here is a copy and paste from BOSS

Possible Reasons . I'm using ENB as well and pushing limits to my GTX 765M

• DO NOT DOWNLOAD the latest ENB driver for Skyrim . For some reason, the compatibility with the Mods you're using is incompatible with the latest ENB driver I'm not sure why. I'm using Driver 0.168 which is stated for this enb I'm using http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/30936/? [uPDATE LINK TO 0.168 DRIVER] http://www.enbdev.com/mod_tesskyrim_v0168.htm
• (DO THIS STEP FIRST AND RUN SKYRIM AGAIN)
• Depending on which ENB you're using. If you might state which ENB you're using. You HAVE to read the instructions regarding of installations. Like e.g Realistic Lighting Overhaul. You do not need to TICK ALL the options when you install during NMM. The ENB instructions tells you what to do.
• Textures Conflicting. Like I said . Climates of Tamriel / RLO might be clashing due to which mod doesn't know WHAT KIND Of lighting they're going to use.

 

Also if you could. Can you please state what/who's ENB are you using ? If you want to know mine. I'm using RealVision. ~

I am also using Realvision. Maybe i'll try the older one that you have. It is just weird that what he recommends isn't compliant with the the enb drivers that he is putting up there. I would figure it would all work and that the moder would have checked it all out before putting it on his page for his mod.

And it came to me he was using ENB 0.168.

 

I tried the latest ENB driver at the time I installed my ENB and it didn't seem to work. I got CTD and texture problems. Until, I followed every bit step of the video and realised he used 0.168 (I still don't know why the latest drivers won't work)

That is the exact same guide that I followed to install Real vision, but I went back to the driver that you suggested, and It is now working! Thank you very much to you Jodi and xSkyrimNexusCandy. You 2 are awesome!

 

Edit: Well crud. I seems I have spoken too soon lol, it CTD right when I was entering the world... same error in BOSS as well...

Hmm. Must be a save problem since you CTD in that save before.

 

Try loading to an Older Save that is working. BUT backup your saves first before reverting .

 

EDIT: OR it pains me to say this . But if NONE of the saves work. Try making a new game ! (No no worries you'll not continue in this save) After you get to move around Helgen . Try and load to a working save this time. See if that works.

 

If you can't create a new game . Then I guess it's your mods/mods installation MIGHT be the problem then :ermm: .

None of my older saves worked, I tried starting a new game, and the same thing happened. Just got kicked out of the game right when its about to load the world.

Are this the only mods you have in Skyrim ?
