Purr4me
it is referenced by Broken steel, that said, steels bsa is over riding fallouts bsa. Meaning, the file does not touch that location you mentioned...at all any more. Editor does not show this file being used at the school.Brokensteel, ThePitt,Pointlookout, internally projectPurity. But NO wasteland locations. Before removing data, remove all add on DLC content, and even before doing this, hard save at that spot. wait for 3 minutes and make a 2nd hard save....at that spot. exit. move all of your saved game files out of that folder. safe some place. leave only the last 2 saves.the game folder/ Data. Move out all data, textures and mesh file /(Yellow folders) included, leave only the default game files in place ,NO dlac content, No out side mods content. load the game on the 1rst saved game. Now. this in fact will cause the games engine too RIP out what ever is loading from before.....if it even loads up?if that bug is gone, it's not from fallout3 default bsa. files. I so? check and see if your version of Nifscope brings up this as a dead match?http://imageshack.us/a/img547/8252/3bb1.jpg Notice the properties is PP ? and the archived location is not the wasteland. Files path is (rubblepile) <-- My folder \meshes\architecture\suburban\rubblepiles\suburbanrubblepile01b.nif) this is how the file gets extracted, it is also how it is called up too. The cell, where it is used from, there is only one such file in the game. this discussion started here : http://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/1209267-texture-distortion-driving-me-nuts/&do=findComment&comment=10062879 http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/images/37548/? <-- revised as it was moderated.EDIT: here is the real Odd thing, apparently the data from Retail GOTY is not the same as steams GOTY, or the data for this object is not from fallout3.In cert data compared. http://imageshack.us/a/img31/6783/ntux.jpg looking into other sources now.Kitty.
