Mod help, main world is now unplayable atm

I was wondering if theres any way to rescue my farm? I originally started it un-modded, but accidentally played a day or so whilst i had the stardew valley expanded mod, and i dont want it on my world. I'm on a mac, and the only save backup folder i can find isnt of the world i want
