Mods reset in-game after installing or removing a new mod

I've isolated and removed the mod the mothballed my modlist, That mod being the Noble Team Companions mod, My list has been restored to within the limit and is operating normally. Thank you everyone who offered ideas and suggestions, it's greatly appreciated!
