LE Dual wield/Dual cast with left mouse button click only - using SKSE(?)

Basically, what the mod does is if you have a weapon equipped in each hand you can wield them both with by just pressing left click. Also, if you have the same spell in each hand left click will dual cast for you.

I'm a little scared to use it because someone posted this:

"If this mod didn't use Scriptdragon, I'd use it. Unfortunately Script dragon breaks countless mods that I use as well as quests within the base game. It also spams my Skyrim whenever I open it with "X has opened, Y has opened, Z has opened, I'm a bastard." Please produce an SKSE version."

 

I don't know how hard it would be to adapt the mod for SKSE, but since it's already at least partially done I was hoping it wouldn't be quite as difficult.
