Need help with my Xenomorph mod

There are a few things I can't figure out. Maybe you guys know better.

 

1. Blood Textures

Red blood decals just aren't very convincing for my Aliens. So, is there a way to make Oblivion use different blood textures for this particular race? I know there's some setting for Creatures, but I coulnd't find anything for playable races in the CS. If there is no such setting, would it be possible to do this via scripting?

 

2. Custom animations

Clenched fists just don't do the trick. They shouldn't punch, they should rip apart. The human walking/running animations aren't very fitting either.

I know it's possible to replace vanilla animations with custom ones, but then every npc would use those animations. SaidenStorm told me this, and I trust his judgement.

 

I also know that it is possible to make animation replacers just for the player, but I wouldn't know how...

 

I followed Seph's animation tutorial step by step, but I didn't manage to actually replace any of the vanilla animations. They were apparently replaced, but didn't really work in-game. Plus, I'm no good at animating by hand.

So, maybe someone can give me a hint, or, if that's acceptable, do it for me?

 

 

3. Creature Skeletons

I already tried to assign the Drone meshes to another skeleton. I tried it with the Scamp skeleton, and it worked. But the animations were just not what was needed, they look really out of place with this one. Clannfear, Daedroth, etc. aren't better.

 

I know I can create the meshes for the Facehugger and the Chestburster. But I wouldn't know how to bring them in-game. For the Chestburster it doesn't really matter, as it ought to be easy to animate, but for the Facehugger a spider-like skeleton would be needed. But the Spider-Daedra is not very good for this purpose, as the legs are too big and there's no tail.

Is there a way to make custom skeletons, plus the neccessary animations, i.e. create completely custom creatures? Or are there already one I might be able to use?

This would also be helpful for the Drone.

If anyone can help with any of this or is willing to do some of this,... that would be great. Having learned 3d moddelling, UV-mapping, rigging, texturing, scripting, sound-editing, and the Construction Set basics, I'm at my wit's end here.
