Conomium Posted May 8, 2009 Share Posted May 8, 2009 dublicate the mesh it is you want to be distant. then, with the duplicated object selected, rename it with "_lod" in front of it. SpeedyB64 Posted May 9, 2009 Share Posted May 9, 2009 Be sure to not use that technique too much. Most LOD objects are much lower detail than the base object. If you use too many high detail meshes as LOD it will cause a lot of lag whenever you look in that direction. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
